A: Frazy bottles contain concentrate that must be mixed with water or milk. Each 2.7 oz bottle makes one full 11-13 oz beverage when properly prepared. This is NOT a ready-to-drink product.

Customer service got back to me about my previous comment about not receiving my order. They re-sent and I received it within 5 days. My favorite was the Thai tea flavor. I personally added ice to each flavor. I’m not a fan of boba but it was nice that they added it to the samples. I appreciate the they had recommendations for how to prepare it. Add ice, drink hot, add boba, try with milk/creamer. I liked the sample pack, told others, and plan to purchase more. Thanks again!

I made a large order and i ordered 2 diff healthy Boba packs . I should have had 7 of them total and only received 5. I sent a few emails over the course of a few days with no response. Ive had issues in past and they always made them rite but when I spend a larger amount of money I get no response. Kinda disappointing.

Sadly my package arrived with issues. All of the caps on the bottles were loose and leaking. Bith plastic packs were punctured nd leaking as well Everything smells great but I am not going to be able to try anything.

All but one of the bottles were not closed tightly enough. They spilled all over the box, dirt and white flakes had entered the caramel macchiato one so I had to throw it out, and it was all a big sticky mess.

Bottles are beautiful. The packaging was gorgeous as well. Due to the cold weather I assume, the lid blew off one of the bottles and did leak all over the box and bottles. They are all super tasty and convenient. Enjoyed them as a 'treat'.

The flavors were all delicious, refreshing, just like I was having my favorite Boba Tea in a Cafe. I really enjoyed the Chai Milk Tea with the warmed up Boba pearls mixed in, frothed milk on top with a dash of cinnamon is AMAZING!

I'm not a big boba fan, but I really like milk teas, and it tastes just like I went to a tea shop and ordered one to be made. So simple and so good! My husband likes the boba so he just eats them. LOL. I highly recommend!

The taste is kind of sour but I like it. The recipe is clear and easy to make. The only problem I had was the straws. They were broken, which I think because of the delivery, so I could not use them.

I've been drinking boba since the year 2001, before it was cool. People would stop me on my college campus to ask "What is that?!" And Frazy is as good as any. It's absolutely delicious. I add a ton of ice and just a bit of half'n'half. Perfection.
It is convenient for all the ingredients are available. It will be better if it has some sweetness. I like my milk tea on the sweet side.
